Viiru is my first Lapponian Herder. She is a very happy and easy-going dog, and loves to learn new things. With her I've been competing in agility and obedience with fairly good results. I've learnt so much during these years with her - besides agility and obedience we've also done tracking, search and rescue, backpacking, skiing etc. I just have completely fell in love with this breed with her! Viiru is very talented is search and rescue, but unfortunately she is also very afraid of loud noices (like gun shots or fireworks) and because of that we haven't try to qualify in search and rescue work.
